Electronic Arts and Bioware’s newest game is Anthem. A brand new property that has hints of a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) mixed with a traditional action title. It looks and feels more like Destiny than Knights of the Old Republic, for example. The new title offers gamers a shared-world action-RPG, where you and your friends act as Freelancers. People who take command of Iron Man like suits called Javelins, and who have the courage to leave civilisation behind in order to explore a landscape of primeval beauty.

Anthem is set for release from 22 February 2019. As such, many eager gamers are inevitably wondering what editions will best suit their wallets and needs. As such, we have put together this handy Anthem editions guide.

Of course, as with any game out there, Anthem comes in a few flavours. It features a Standard Edition and a Legion of Dawn Edition. Along with these two bundles, everyone who pre-orders the game (that is before it unlocks for play) or who subscribes to EA Access/EA Origins will also have early access to a demo of the game.

Anthem – Standard Edition
