Contrary to popular belief, not all superheroes are bestowed with a healing factor like Wolverine or cursed with immortality like Dead Pool. Instead, most superheroes will eventually age and become worn out as time goes by.

A charming artistic series by Australian artist Lesley Vamos embraces the notion of aging superheroes and imagines what some of Marvel and DC’s most famous characters would look like in 30 to 40 years time.
