MSI, Redragon, Antec, Crucial and ACGL are joining forces for another year of competitive battle royale action with the #MythicRoyale for Fortnite and Apex Legends.

During the course of the year, competitors will compete via a series of qualifiers to earn their spot in the cash final per title. A total of R150,000 in cash is allocated to the rotating Apex Legends and Fortnite series.

Each cash series will launch with a guaranteed prize pool, which can be boosted by achieving a number of community goals. The higher the number of community goals per series achieved, the higher the prize pool. Community goals for the first Apex Legends series include supporters ensuring 100 concurrent stream viewers for a match broadcast, a social media reach of over 750,000, and more. R2,500 cash per community goal is up for grabs, with the cash being added to the overall prize pool. The available community goals can be found and tracked on the Mythic Royale landing page.

Competitors and supporters will also have additional opportunities to win their share of approximately R35,000 in products each month. These product giveaways will be offered via the Loot system on ACGL, as well as via social media and other methods.

To enter the Loot giveaways, users require Embers, which are rewarded for every match completed via the ACGL site. The more you enter, the higher your chances of winning.

Registrations are now open for the Apex Legends series. The series features a R15,000 guaranteed cash prize pool with an additional R10,000 cash available via the community goals.

From 9 April until 30 April, Apex Legends trios can compete in one of the weekly qualifiers. The final of the Apex Legends series is scheduled for 7 May, and will see the top five teams from the four qualifiers competing for their share of the cash.

Fortnite cash series will follow from 15 May. However, while the Fortnite players wait for their turn, a number of short-form cash cups will be available to compete in, with a total of R3,000 cash up for grabs.

Supporters of both Mythic Royale titles will be able to tune in and catch the action live during the qualifiers and finals on ACGL’s YouTube and Twitch channels.
