We especially appreciate that you took the time to watch our unboxing of the collector’s edition of the game and for subscribing to our channel (we promise, you will not be disappointed going forward).

We received a large variety of answers, some of which were incredibly entertaining and others that pointed out ‘mistakes’ that we were not even aware of (thanks for that as we are always looking to improve).

For those of you who are wondering, the correct answer that we were looking for was ‘Gwent’, which I kept embarrassingly pronouncing as ‘Gent’ for the first five minutes of the video. If that was your submitted answer, good on you for spotting that blatant error on my part.

A few people did point out that Geralt wears a ‘medallion’ and not a ‘pendant’, which is what I called it. I did some research regarding this and although it is referred to as a medallion in the series and throughout Witcher canon, calling it a pendant is not technically incorrect. In fact, it may be more accurate to describe it as a pendant versus a medallion. Nevertheless, the Vamers Crew really adored the debate that arose from this interesting find, and we thank those of you who submitted that as your answer.

The Win With Vamers ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game and Merchandise’ competition closes at 17:00 on Friday the 29th of May 2015. The person who provides the best submission, as judged by the Vamers staff, and who follows the competition instructions properly will be declared the winner of this competition. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced at Vamers discretion after the competition closes. Vamers will endeavour to deliver the prize within 2-8 weeks as described, however, cannot accept responsibility if the prize differs from advertisement in presentation or value. This competition is only open to residents of South Africa. Entrants under 18 years of age must seek permission from a parent or guardian before entering this competition. Entrants must be over 13 years of age or have parental consent to enter this competition.
